M Preston: Pressure
Michelle Preston wins WBO As-pac boxing title

It was a case of too much class, pressure and skill as Michelle Preston romped home to an easy unanimous points victory against Thai woman Jubjang Lookma' karmwan, Friday night in Auckland NZ. It could have and very well should have been a TKO stoppage as Lookma' took a heap punishment at the hands of "Presuure" who was relentless scoring at will. Things went to plan from start to finish as the local favorite strolled home convinicingly. Late bloomer and top ex-amateur Isaac Peach too won via points in a four rounder over Jamie Waru.

Fighting for the WBO (World Boxing Organisation) Light Bantam weight (52 Kg) Asia Pacific title over 10 rounds, Preston had little trouble dealing to a ring hardened Thai who was outclassed in every department. The local lady who is focussing from making a complete switch to boxing from her pet code kick boxing, completed a significant stride in improving her ranking and career prospects by taking the belt home to bed.....
